Name Limited Clear NORAC Rule 281c Proceed at Limited Speed until the entire train clears all interlocking or spring switches, then proceed at Normal Speed. In CSS (Cab Signal System) territory, with fixed automatic block signal, trains not equipped with operative cab signals much approach the next signal at Limited Speed. NOTE; The Royce Running Track is visible and is to the left and behind the eastbound signal.
