| 3rd Street on the NP--- 7th Street on the GN!!! St Paul Union Depot to the right and Division Street Interlocking controlled the junction with the Milwaukee Road and the Burlington to points east on the left!!! Why does the Rock Island train have two cabooses you might ask?! Now that is other whole story in itself!!! I only wish that I would have had more time that I could have spent here!!! There was always lots of trains from many different railroads and there were lots of railroad jobs to be had!!! A young college kid could work and go to school at the same time--- I know because I did!!! |
