| I love the Rio Grande. This is former D&RGW 5413, now WE (Wheeling & Lake Erie) 5413, still in full Rio Grande paint. I didn't know the W&LE had any of the Grande's T-2's, so it was quite a surprise to see it in the fuel line in Bethlehem, PA, on NS. Larry Parsons, CEO of the W&LE, is an old Rio Grande guy who runs a tight ship. This is a detail shot of the rear headlight...pretty distinctive! Taken with permission. |
