| This ex-British Columbia Rail CAT engined ALCO was sitting at the fuel track at the KCS-ICE Joint Agency Yard. I figure the MLW is bound for Mid-America Car and Locomotive eventually, but when I was around this unlikely duo was just sitting there with the ICE Unit idling. |
