It was published in 1898 by the International Engraving and Illustrating Company, page 21-B. Photo Caption: "Horseshoe Curve." On the upper leg of the Curve, note the photographer's one-car train powered by an unidentified Pennsylvania Railroad 4-4-0 "American" steam locomotive. The third and fourth tracks were added in 1898 and 1900 respectively. |
