| This offset side twin hopper was in the Winifrede RR yard at Winifrede Junction, WV during summer 1979 (date is uncertain). The glare from the setting sun had just about made the car number illegible. Note the trucks, as they have only two visible coil springs. Previous history unknown, but Winifred had a good number of ex-C&O and ex-N&W hoppers. I don't know if they rostered anything else. |
