Etkachrome 200 slide. Santa Fe was back to painting the pinstripe scheme in 1977 to speed up Locomotives out of San Bernardino Shops. the yellow warbonnet took more time to paint.

Tom Beckett General Nice catch on a classic scheme. Got and SD 26 in there, too, second unit. They'd have a long career, later going to Guilford Transportation and winding up their days in New York, PA and New England. 2/12/2024 3:49:01 AM
